1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Fiverr Rank Radar (“the Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
2. Description of Service
The Extension allows Fiverr sellers to:
Enter a keyword
Enter a Fiverr username
Check if that username’s gig ranks for the given keyword
The Extension does not guarantee:
Improved ranking
Increased sales
Any specific position on Fiverr
3. No Affiliation with Fiverr
This Extension is not created, owned, operated, or endorsed by Fiverr.com. Fiverr is a registered trademark of its respective owner. This Extension is an independent tool built for Fiverr sellers.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Extension. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree:
Not to misuse the Extension (e.g., automated abuse, excessive requests)
Not to reverse engineer or modify the Extension
To comply with Fiverr’s own Terms of Service when using this tool
6. No Warranty
The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
The Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
The results (rank checking) will be 100% accurate at all times
Fiverr changes will not temporarily break the Extension
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Any loss of data, revenue, or sales
Any downtime or inaccuracy in rank results
Any actions Fiverr takes against your account
Maximum total liability: The amount you paid for the Extension (if any). If you use the free version, liability is $0.
8. Changes to the Extension
We reserve the right to:
Update, modify, or discontinue the Extension at any time
Change features (free vs paid) with reasonable notice
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the developer’s location (Pakistan / as per your business registration).

Refund Policy

1. Free Version
The free version of Fiverr Rank Radar has no refund policy because it costs nothing. You can uninstall at any time.
2. Paid Version (if applicable)
If you purchase a paid version or premium features of this Extension, the following refund policy applies:
✅ Full Refund (within 1 hour of purchase)
You may request a full refund within 1 hour from the time of your purchase.
❌ No Refund (after 1 hour of purchase)
After 1 hour from the time of purchase, no refunds will be issued — regardless of whether you used the Extension or not.
3. Why 1 Hour Only?
Because:
The Extension’s core functionality (rank checking) can be fully tested within minutes
We cannot “un-deliver” the service once used
This policy prevents abuse (e.g., using the tool extensively then asking for refund)
4. How to Request a Refund (within 1 hour)

Subject line: Refund Request - [Your Order ID or Email]
Include:
Your full name
Purchase date and time
Email address used for purchase
Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
6. Exceptions
No refunds will be given for:
Requests sent after 1 hour of purchase
Users who violated Terms & Conditions
Issues caused by Fiverr.com itself (e.g., Fiverr changes its search algorithm)
7. Free Trial Abuse
If you repeatedly create new accounts or use the free trial in bad faith, we reserve the right to block your access without refund (of any paid upgrade).
